Ethan McCutchen co-founded Grass Commons to build software that connects people deeply and helps transform the world for the better. Having majored in music composition, taught English in Russia and Japan, studied cognitive neuroscience in Scotland, researched primates in Thailand, volunteered in several Latin American countries, and backpacked wherever else he could, Ethan now does most of his globetrotting online. He’s into system architecture, sustainability indicators, human and computer languages, collaboration, community music, voting systems, and incessant bad jokes.
Wagn has come a long way, and I really think it's becoming something special and may soon start getting the attention it deserves. I think my personal excitement is highest around moving away from so much of the bricklaying work (which I love), and into bringing our work to a larger audience so that we can watch it flower.
