Caroline (the other co-founder of OsoEco) and I are diligently working on creating "buycotts" (yes, Buycott--the opposite of boycott) here in Eugene. There is a very basic, fundamental connection between Hooze and Carrotmob. It's all about helping the citizen to make smart purchasing decisions. It's also about helping the citizen make a statment with his/her dollars.

Ok, last, I am working with a group called GISR (Global Initiative for Sustainability Ratings). This is a bit different from GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) because we are working towards a single rating system for the globe in which we can all define, utilize and understand the broad definition of sustainability.
