thing we're suggesting is to create a cardtype for Organization
(People) cards. Each could then be associated both with the topics they
work on, and the places that they focus on. This could also be done
with the existing Foundation cards. Then, topic and place cards (e.g. [[After-school Programs - Mentoring]] and [[Lane County]]) can use a query to automatically generate lists of
organizations and foundations that work in that topic or place.Who knows most - how to structure? One question
then is how to indicate organizations that are currently in the

could these be put in the relative card for what they're about - +data,
+best practices, etc.? There's already a +other junction for things
that don't fit the existing categories...Group place's organizations by topic? In each place's list of Organization cards, do we want to group these by topic? (these lists will get long, may be already)Same inquiry for lists of foundationsGroup topic's organizations by place? In each topic's list of Organization cards, do we want to chunk these by place? (especially once the lists get long)Same inquiry for lists of foundationsInclude organizations serving wider/more particular places?Do
we want places' lists of Organization cards - for example, Lane County
- to show organizations whose focus is Oregon-wide? Conversely, do we
want them to include organizations whose focus is within Lane County -
Eugene, Coburg, etc.Same inquiry for foundationsInclude organizations serving broader/more specific topics/categories?
Similarly
for Category/Subcategory/Topic cards (if any Organization work on
entire Categories or Subcategories, rather than only Topics) - e.g. do
we want the Organization list on the Music card to include
organizations whose focus is on Symphony Orchestra, or Performing Arts
or Arts and Culture?Same inquiry for foundationsSub-group organizations by Topic-within-Category, City-within-County, etc.?If
a Category card does list organizations focusing on specific topics, do
we want to group them by Topic? If we're also grouping by place how do
we do both at once?Similarly, if County cards list
organizations focusing on specific cities, do we group them by City,
and how do we handle that if we're also wanting to group by topic?Same for foundations
